You heard right! A (albeit smaller) KENNOCON is back! starting next saturday 4th thru sunday 5th, at 11am Mexico city time. KENNOCON is a two day stream event where newcomers have preference, that way, everyone has a chance at landing a commission! More info on the rules, page 4 (I know, my rules are so long they got PAGES)
